Membership

Do you have a passion for plants and gardening?  Just learning?

Consider becoming a member of the East Haddam Garden Club. Our membership has skill levels from novice to master gardener.

Prospective members are invited to attend one of our monthly business meetings.  These are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 10 am in St. Stephen’s parish hall from March through November.  You can also attend one or more of our members only events as a guest.
We request that individuals considering membership attend a minimum of two meetings or events. To request attendance at a members only event as a guest, or for further information, or to obtain a membership application form, please complete the contact form.

After attending two meetings, fill out the membership application form and return it to the membership chair along with your dues.  Currently, dues are set at $40 per year. Once you become a member, you are expected to participate in club projects and be part of at least one committee. Attending some general meetings is also expected. However, if you work and can't make daytime meetings, you can still be a part of the group by participating in at least one major project each year.
